ARIF Passport is a mobile device and smart card solution with a web-based, secure application protected by DISTINCT ID with 4Point (D4P) Authentication. Core health and vaccination information and travel documentation is secured and displayed digitally with codes for verification by aligned agencies.

Using ARIF Passport gives rapid access to personal health data; and otherwise improves your travel experience by strengthening connections to service providers.

Health Records Feature

  • Medication History – A summary of medications filled is accessible. This includes name of the prescription, the prescribing clinician, date filled and dosage. Indicators representing drug-drug, drug-allergy, and drug-food interactions appear when applicable as soon as new medications or allergies are added to the patient record.
  • Contacts – Find a patient’s PCP, Medical Consenter, Caregiver, Caseworker assigned, and Service Coordinator’s contact information in one place.
  • Patient History – Past visits with details that include the description of service, treating provider, diagnosis, and the service date.
  • Lab Results – Access all patient lab results in one location.
  • Immunizations – Access a comprehensive list of a patient’s immunizations collected from aligned agencies.
  • Allergies – View allergies that are available at the point-of-care. Once an allergy is charted, it is instantly checked for medication interactions.
  • ADT Notifications Module –  Admission Discharge and Transfer (ADT) data.

Travel Documents Feature

  • Travel Tickets – An itinerary summary with digital copies of tickets purchased with QR codes for check-in, boarding pass information and baggage check/location data.
  • Digital ID Passport – Identification and verification with AI enhanced images, a registration of approved visas with stamp images and links to files for use with international agents,
  • Vaccination Certificates – Current vaccination certificates shown with QR codes for verification and information relating to testing agency.
  • Destination Residence, – Location of hotel, hostel of other residence and address.
